Your renewal reminders
We email the registered name holder approximately 30 days and 7 days before expiration, from help@powerdoms.com. If the domain has not been renewed or deleted, we send an additional reminder within five days after expiration, including renewal instructions.
Reminders use the language of your registration agreement. They arrive directly by email; logging in is not required to receive them. Keep your registrant email current and use an address that will still work if the domain expires. If delivery is known to have failed, we use an available alternative contact.
Automatic renewal is your choice.
Auto-renewal is off until you choose it. When enabled, we first attempt payment 14 days before expiration. If payment fails, we notify you and retry 7 days and 1 day before expiration. You can enable or disable auto-renewal in your account before a renewal has been processed.
Auto-renewal depends on a valid payment method or sufficient account balance. A failed attempt does not extend the registration. Check your confirmation and renew manually if needed.
What happens after expiration
On the expiration date
If unpaid, DNS resolution is interrupted from expiration until renewal or deletion, to the extent the registry permits. Your website and email may stop working. The registrant at expiration can still renew before deletion.
Expected deletion: 35 days after expiration
For the standard gTLDs listed in our catalogue, this is our expected deletion date. The name remains renewable until deletion is submitted. Court orders, disputes and other permitted exceptional circumstances may affect this date; any TLD-specific exception must be disclosed before purchase.
After deletion: redemption, where available
A registry redemption grace period normally lasts 30 days after deletion for these standard gTLDs. Request a restore through support; normal renewal and transfer are unavailable in this status. Redemption is not available for every type of deletion or every registry.
After redemption
Once restoration is no longer available, the domain may enter pending deletion and later become available to others. Recovery or re-registration is not guaranteed.

Need to restore a domain?
Contact support with the domain name and your account details. We verify that you are entitled to restore it, check the registry deadline, confirm the fee and request restoration. For ordinary renewals during the interruption period, we reinstate the prior DNS configuration immediately or as soon as commercially reasonable after renewal.
If web traffic is redirected during an expiration interruption, the destination will identify the domain as expired and explain how the registrant at expiration can renew it.
