Domain availability and registration are confirmed only after the registry accepts the order. A price listing does not reserve a name.
Cancellations & refunds
An order cancelled before submission to the registry is refunded. After a registration, renewal, transfer or restoration has been successfully processed, it is normally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where we have made an error. If an order fails, we return the unspent amount. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
